If a code goes 24 months unscanned it moves to a quiet archive (we email the owner first). One tap brings it right back. If we ever wound the platform down, every owner gets 90 days to download everything, no charge.

Common seller questions

What am I actually selling on Etsy / eBay / Amazon?+
A code — either a QR code image (a print-ready PNG / PDF / SVG) or an NFC URL (a short text string). The buyer applies it however they like: prints the QR on a sticker / photo / t-shirt / mug, or encodes the NFC URL onto a blank NFC tag they already own. You don't have to ship anything physical unless you want to.
How do NFC URLs work — do I have to send a physical tag?+
No. An NFC URL is a short text string (e.g. https://qrnfcglobal.com/t/ABC123). The buyer encodes it onto any blank NFC tag they own using a free phone app like NXP TagWriter or NFC Tools — takes 30 seconds. We provide the buyer with copy-paste instructions automatically. Zero shipping, zero customs, zero inventory.
How is this different from buying QR or NFC codes in bulk?+
You don't buy ANY codes upfront. You list digital downloads (or pair with merch you already ship) on Etsy / eBay / Amazon. Your buyer pays QRNFC to activate when they scan. Zero inventory commitment, zero risk on your side.
Can I pair codes with t-shirts, mugs, badges, baseball caps?+
Absolutely — that's a great model. Order blanks from your usual print-on-demand supplier (Printful, Printify, Gooten, your local screen-printer) and ship each with a QR or NFC URL. Two revenue lines per sale: physical product margin + activation commission. Or skip the physical side entirely and sell digital downloads only.
How much do I earn per activation?+
Commission tiers are confirmed at onboarding — they depend on your channel mix and what you list. Activation prices start from $9.99 and go up to $19.99 for premium SKUs (Wedding / Family Albums). Your share is paid monthly via Paddle.
Do I have to handle payments or customer support?+
No. Paddle (Merchant of Record) handles every activation payment — cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, all global tax. Customer support for activation issues comes straight to QRNFC, not to your shop. You sell the listing, we handle digital and payment.
What if my buyer never activates the code?+
No commission generated for that scan. But — most QR / NFC codes see 60–90% activation rates because the buyer paid for the listing specifically because they wanted the digital experience. Inactive codes cost you nothing.
How does the buyer know which seller is which?+
Every code we issue you carries your unique seller ID. When the buyer scans, the activation page shows your shop name above the QRNFC logo ("Sold by [Your Shop] · Powered by QRNFC Global"). Co-branded, every scan.
Can I sell on multiple channels (Etsy + eBay + my own shop)?+
Yes — your seller ID works across every channel. List the same QR / NFC URL on Etsy, eBay, Amazon Handmade, your own Shopify, in-person markets — every activation routes to the same monthly payout.
Will there be a way to outsource the physical printing later?+
Yes — we're building a global print partner network for late 2026. Local printers, embroiderers and sign-makers around the world will be able to fulfil orders directly from your seller dashboard. Until then, partner with whoever you already use (Printful, Printify, your local print shop, etc.) — there's no exclusivity.
How do I apply?+
Email partners@qrnfcglobal.com with three things: your shop URL, the channels you sell on (Etsy / eBay / Amazon / your own / other), and a short description of what you list. That's it — no monthly volume estimates needed (it's a brand-new product, no one knows yet). We onboard new sellers in batches; first batch live early 2026.
