1. Overview

Thank you for purchasing from QRNFC Global (operated by Curtisium, Jersey, Channel Islands).

All payments for QRNFC Global products and services are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, refund requests, and payment disputes on our behalf.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through qrnfcglobal.com, including storage & viewing credits, monthly subscription plans, and My Page annual plans. It is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.

If local consumer protection laws provide you with additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights will always apply. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

2. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase. This 14-day refund window applies to all products and services sold through qrnfcglobal.com, including one-off credit packs, monthly and annual subscription plans, and My Page plans.

Refunds are processed by Paddle. If you receive a refund, access to the relevant product or service will cease.

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

3. Country-Specific Withdrawal Rights

European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom: Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund. For subscriptions, this applies to the initial purchase and, for UK annual subscriptions, to each auto-renewal. The right to withdraw does not apply to digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed, or otherwise used where express consent to waive withdrawal rights was given.

Turkey / Israel: Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw and receive a full refund.

South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada: Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund.

Singapore: Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund.

4. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be taken.

If your subscription includes a free trial period, you will have a new withdrawal period once the free trial ends and billing begins.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email
  • Visit paddle.net and select "Request refund"
  • Email us at hello@qrnfcglobal.com and we will assist you

If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method and within 14 days of approval of the request.

6. Technical or Product Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features or benefits as described:

  • Contact us first at hello@qrnfcglobal.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Paddle's support team and provide details of the issue and any response received from us

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact Paddle prior to raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. If you initiate a chargeback, access to the relevant product may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
