Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No lock-in contracts.
Do I still need storage & viewing credits on a Business plan?
Business plans include unlimited QR code creation with storage and viewing included. Storage & viewing credits are only needed on the Personal tier for pay-per-code purchases.
What is A/B split testing?
One QR code randomly shows two different content variants (50/50 split). Track which version gets more scans and CTA clicks — perfect for testing headlines, offers, or landing pages on printed media.
How do retargeting pixels work?
Add your Facebook Pixel ID, Google Tag, or TikTok Pixel at the account level or per individual QR code. When someone scans your code, the pixel fires on the playback page — letting you retarget scanners with ads across platforms.
